Our exchanges and returns policy strives to ensure the complete satisfaction of our customers and has been carefully drawn up for this purpose on the basis of consumer protection law.
We thank you for your purchase and we hope you will be satisfied with it, but if, despite our best efforts, a product you have purchased does not meet your expectations, please contact our distribution center [email protected] immediately by email. with the information specified, the invoice number and the incident, according to the options listed below:
Deadline: According to the deadline indicated in the announcement of the product. The minimum warranty for each product is 90 days against manufacturing defects.
Responsibility: Until the 7th (seventh) day after receipt of the product, the responsibility for replacement rests with our distribution center; from the 8th (eighth) day, the warranty is carried out directly through the manufacturer's authorized network. If you can't find the authorized network in the product manual, just ask and we'll be happy to let you know.
The warranty has 30 calendar days to remedy the defect from the date of receipt of the product. After this period you can choose;
Replacement of the product with another in perfect working order;
Immediate refund of the amount paid;
Exchange not mandatory by law: In the event of an exchange of non-defective products, the shipping and reshipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
Withdrawal of purchaseThe withdrawal period for your purchase is a maximum of 7 calendar days from receipt of the product.
The product must be returned in its original packaging without indication of use, accompanied by all the original means of its invoice, its instructions and all the accessories it has.
The refund of the amount paid will only be made after the product has been entered in our distribution center and according to the following payment options:
Credit card: The cancellation can be made up to 2 (two) subsequent invoices. We remind you that this procedure is the responsibility of the card administrator;
Bank note: Your current account will be credited within 30 (thirty) working days.
Inspect the product upon delivery and, if you notice any of the following discrepancies, refuse receipt and contact our distribution center immediately to arrange replacement:
Open, broken or damaged security seals.
Product different from that requested.
