Our capsules are hermetically sealed to best preserve the aromas of the coffee. Two dates are indicated on each pouch: the date of manufacture and the expiry date. We ensure freshness for consumption up to 12 months after the date of manufacture. However, the best before date is not the expiration date because coffee is not a perishable product. This date is recommended for best results in a cup.
None of Caffè Milano's coffees contain allergens such as gluten, lactose or nuts. They all contain 100% coffee and are hermetically sealed to prevent exposure to air and moisture.
Terms such as malt, milk or cocoa refer to the flavor profile of the coffee, which is naturally present in the coffee bean, and not to the physical elements contained in the capsule.
Flavors come in the form of a very fine powder (encapsulated flavors). They are added to coffee after grinding. Flavors are made from groups of natural flavoring compounds. These substances do not come from named ingredients and have a natural origin, such as plants or flowers. The flavors do not contain any food allergens.
